By participating in Simply Fish’s Black Friday Sale or Giveaway, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all purchases made in-store and online during the promotional period.
Some items, including aquariums and setups, may be available for pre-order on our website. These products may continue to display as "available" even when our physical stock is temporarily exhausted.
All pre-orders are subject to supplier availability.
If a supplier cannot fulfil a product due to being out of stock, we will contact the customer promptly with the following options:
Full refund, issued immediately.
Explore substitute products of similar type/value.
If the substitute is lower in cost, a partial refund will be issued.
If the substitute is higher in cost, the customer may choose to pay the difference.
Simply Fish is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, freight delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
During the promotional period:
Customers receive one entry into the giveaway draw for every $100 spent in a single transaction (e.g., $100 = 1 entry, $200 = 2 entries, etc.).
Entries are calculated per order number, both online and in-store.
Customers must create or use an existing Simply Fish account at the time of purchase.
This ensures we have accurate contact details linked to the order number for prize eligibility.
Purchases without an attached account may not be eligible if we cannot verify contact details.
Entries are automatically calculated based on the order total.

Any other advertised bundles or promotions
are strictly while stocks last.
If promotional stock runs out, Simply Fish reserves the right to:
Substitute products of equal or higher value,
OR
Offer alternative solutions in consultation with the customer.
Substituted items will always meet or exceed the intended value and purpose of the original promotion.
Winners will be drawn after the promotional period has ended.
Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number attached to their Simply Fish account or order.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Simply Fish reserves the right to redraw.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.

Live fish purchases are covered under our normal DOA/health policy, unaffected by this promotion.
Simply Fish reserves the right to:
Refuse entries that appear fraudulent or manipulated.
Cancel or adjust the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Correct any pricing or listing errors on the website or in-store.
