The Black Phantom Tetra is an elegant and peaceful schooling fish, recognized for its translucent gray body and distinctive black "eye-spot" behind the gills. Males display a more dramatic fin spread, especially during playful sparring. Their calm demeanor and striking appearance make them a great addition to well-planted community tanks.
