The Blue Phantom Pleco, also known as L128, is a stunning South American pleco prized for its rich dark blue to teal body speckled with lighter blue or white spots. Native to the Orinoco River, this peaceful bottom-dweller prefers aquariums with smooth driftwood, rocks, and plenty of hiding spaces. While relatively hardy, it appreciates clean, well-oxygenated water and a mixed diet of algae wafers, fresh vegetables, and occasional protein. Ideal for adding color and personality to medium-to-large aquariums without the aggression of some other pleco species.

• Temperature Range: 24–30°C

• pH Range: 6.5–7.5

• Recommended School Size: Best kept singly or with non-competing bottom dwellers
