Dwarf Chain Loach (Ambastaia sidthimunki)
The Chain Loach is a small, energetic loach prized for its distinctive chain-like pattern of dark markings across a pale golden body. These lively bottom dwellers are playful and social, often seen darting around the tank in small groups. They're excellent for keeping snail populations in check and enjoy exploring planted aquariums with plenty of hiding spots. Despite their active nature, Chain Loaches are peaceful and do well in community tanks with similarly sized, non-aggressive fish. Their compact size and personality make them a favorite among aquarists with smaller tanks.
