The Longnose Twig Catfish is a fascinating and delicate species known for its elongated body and twig-like appearance, allowing it to blend seamlessly among plants and driftwood. Its long snout and thin profile make it one of the most unique-looking algae grazers in the hobby.

Peaceful and slow-moving, this species thrives in well-established aquariums with excellent water quality, gentle flow, and plenty of biofilm and algae to graze on. Best suited to planted tanks with driftwood and calm tankmates, the Longnose Twig Catfish is ideal for experienced aquarists looking to add something truly different to their setup.
