Nothobranchius Rubripinnis Pair

A vibrant annual killifish pair with intense colour and fascinating natural behaviour

The Nothobranchius Rubripinnis Pair includes one male and one female of this striking African killifish species. Males develop brilliant red-orange colouration with contrasting blue tones and detailed fin markings, while females display a softer, more understated appearance.

These active fish are best kept in a mature aquarium with gentle filtration, dense planting and a tightly fitted lid, as killifish are excellent jumpers. They appreciate regular feeding with quality frozen, live and prepared foods. Males may become territorial, so additional cover is important when keeping more than one pair.
