The Zebra Danio is a classic freshwater species loved for its striking horizontal stripes and nonstop activity. Its silver body lined with bold blue-black striping gives it a clean, eye-catching appearance that stands out in planted and community aquariums alike.

Extremely hardy and beginner-friendly, Zebra Danios are ideal for cycling tanks and active community setups. They thrive in groups where their playful schooling behaviour and constant movement bring energy to the aquarium. Fast-swimming and adaptable, they do best in tanks with open swimming space and good water movement.
